I think the statue would be in the $300-$500 range but I could be wrong.

I lost a couple of posts, don't know where they went. Sorry Meliorist and cajunpirate, it was your posts I lost.

Re: price, cajunpirate thought $2500 or higher.

This is best I can do, until I actually find those posts. In the meantime. Here is the image.

Edit: the posts are lost, my apologies. I hate when something so simple as split and merge screw me up.  :-[

X-Men / Re: Oddities - Aging in Comics

To me the weirdest is knowing that I’m now older than the characters I fell in love with when I was five.  I’d say Gambit and Rogue’s relationship goes back three maybe four years, tops.

X-Men / Oddities - Aging in Comics

Yes, we talked about how the Xmen don't age and we've speculated on how old they should be. But the Marvel time moves incredibly slow unless you are an animal.

Mind you the animals aren't significant as far anything more than nuance for a character.

I find it funny, that Gambit doesn't age, yet his kittens became cats. (I know Don, but, its not the cats, the idea of aging.) I find it funny, that somethings age in comic books but other things do not.

Another example is romy. It feels old but the in comic book time line, its shorter, we're not looking at anything longer than maybe a year or two of issues. If not less.

Weird, right? LOL

That is a good point, he doesn't feel like an after thought this time. Maybe I am being too cynical haha

I know. But we have a new writer and a new team.

It is the first time since Marvel started in 2012 with Marvel Now to relaunch books every year that Gambit is in first waves of books.

Usually he was in limbo, left to Guest star or in a second wave of books. So I will try to be optimistic.

Gambit is the best h2h here and has a lot of skills to shine without being the biggest powerhouse.

Nah, I understand where you are coming from. The more thought I've given to this, the more hesitant I feel. There is just a huge power gap between Betsy, who may or may not be a dual Omega level mutant, Rogue, who can take all the stuff, Apoc... and then you have the rest of the team. Its possible that power balances will be different in Otherworld but its not like we have been given stunning displays of skill all that often. Just seems that there is a large chance that powers will equal plot advancement.
