Err...yes, a bit. I can't see how anyone in their right mind would work with a sociopathic, genocidal madman like Sinister just to see if someone cared about them.

Hmmm... I guess I'll never see Gambit as a 'chump'. He's always made his own decisions that are entirely in keeping with his personality, I believe. That's why another of my favorite Romy moments is the one where he finally snaps at Rogue after she saved his life. After all, I think that (although I think Rogue was right in saving his life) it was understandable why he didn't want to be saved.

Well, it isn't as though he jumped into this Sinister situation cold. He had previous ties, his life got messy, he's torn and lost direction. Maybe he's not doing it deliberately... maybe he's just hoping she'll come after him (as he waits by her bedside hoping Sinister and Mystique won't kill her). Nope... you're right. It's crazy! I know sometimes it seems I must have lost my mind but if I'm crazy, I'm just crazy for you!- "I'd lie for for you and that's the truth" by Meatloaf Always leave it to Meatloaf to sort out complicated issues in rhyme!

Perhaps it was vanity that led him back to Sinister...After all, who wants to be all icky skinned with white hair...althought I liked that uniform he wore. But I guess that's just my inner goth. Anyways, I think we need to wait and see how this plays out. It may just be that Remy 'voluntarily' went back to Sinister. I think there's a bigger plot that Remy's working on, since there have been several instances since the start of Endangered Species where it seems like Remy's playing both sides. But that's just my humble opinion. V

Well, he went 'back' to Sinister originally when he was still 'crazy' and Sinister tracked him and Sunfire down. So he didn't really go back of his own 'free will'. The question is why is he staying now and when exactly he 'came to his senses'. He might be trying to make the best of bad situation, ie maybe he 'woke up' in the middle of Sinister's lair surrounded by Marauders, he might of figured it was in his best interest to 'play along' and see what they were up to.

I know this is late. But mine was in the show...Xmen TAS when they were trapped in the savage lands. And Sinister was picking out which one out of the group would be the next he would put in the machine. Well Gambit was holding Rogue and she told him she was scared. Gambit told her that he never told any one this before...and then he said I love you and kissed her. Favorite. But there are many other ROMY moments. But that is what got me hook on the ROMY thing.

I also loved the episode where Rogue went to help Sam out and Gambit was with the group who came to pick her up. I'll probably quote this wrong, but Sam said "Thank you, Ro- I mean, Ms. LeBeau." Remy laughed and she told him to shut up in some form (don't remember, it's been a loooong time) and he asked "Ms. LeBeau, eh? When's de honeymoon, chere?" I totally LOVED that moment. I also hold a special place in my heart for X-Men 204. it's my FAVORITE issue EVER at the moment. the cover and the Remy talking to comatose Rogue...then the spread of their relationship....*DIES* LOVED it. the art was PHENOMENAL and the ROMY moments were just...WOW. ok, I have sooo many more, but those three are just the ones that I feel like sharing *shifty* for now *evil laugh*
