"Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

From Billy Madison, a movie I actually believe has no redeeming qualities other than this quote, because it's something I think at people on a daily basis.

*nods* What you said.

One out of many quotable lines from The Cutting Edge, one of the few rom-coms I can stand:

"There's only two things I do really well, sweetheart, and skating's the other one!"

and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention,

"Toe pick!" and "Finger painting?" (They make sense in context).

"Unfortunately, in America, babies are not found in cola cans. I asked my mother when I was four, and she said they came from eggs laid by rabbis. If you aren't Jewish, they're laid by Catholic nuns. If you're an atheist, they're laid by dirty, lonely prostitutes." - Max Jerry Horovitz, Mary and Max.

More from POTC:

"Easy on the goods, darling." --Jack, when Elizabeth is putting his belt back on him.

After "Why is the rum gone?", we have this: (mimicking Elizabeth) "'Must have been terrible for you to be trapped here, Jack. Must've been terrible'--well it bloody is now!"

Making the deal with Barbossa aboard the Pearl:

Barbossa: So you expect to leave me standing on some beach with nothing but a name and your word it's the one I need and watch you sail away on my ship?
Jack: No. I expect to leave you standing on some beach with absolutely no name at all, watching me sail away on my ship and then I'll shout the name back to you. Savvy?
Barbossa: But that still leaves us with the problem of me standing on some beach with naught but a name and your word it's the one I need.
Jack: Of the two of us I am the only one who hasn't committed mutiny, therefore my word is the one we'll be trusting. Although, I suppose I should be thanking you because in fact, if you hadn't betrayed me and left me to die, I would have an equal share in that curse same as you. (bites into apple)  Funny ol' world, innit?

"Thank you, Jack."
"You're welcome."
"Oh, not you--we named the monkey Jack."

Not the lines themselves, but I like the way these were said:

"Where did you get that?"--Jack

"Agreeeeeed."--Barbossa

"I'm tellin' the story!"--Pintel

"I know exactly what you mean, love." (straightens mustache)--Jack

Another from Lebowski
"OVER THE LINE!" --Walter, to Smokey

"Love me."
"That's my coat."

The Princess Bride
"Inconceivable!"
"You keep using that word.  I do not think it means what you think it means. "

"You mean, you'll put down your rock and I'll put down my sword, and we'll try and kill each other like civilized people?"

"We are men of action, lies do not become us. "

"Let me explain.  No, there is too much, let me sum it up. "

"There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world, it would be a pity to damage yours. "

Ghostbusters
"Your right, no human being would stack books like this”
“Listen! You smell something?”
“Somebody blows their noise and you wanna keep it?”
“Get her!”

“I think we should split up”
“Good idea”
“Yeah, we can do more damage that way”
“I did that, I did that, that’s my fault!”
“It’s ok the table broke the fall. ”
“Don’t look at the trap!”
“I looked at the trap Ray!”
“We came, we saw, we kicked its ass!”

“Everything was fine with our system until the power grid was shut off by dickless here. ”
“They caused an explosion!”
“Is this true?”
“Yes it's true.  This man has no dick”

“Human sacrifice! Dogs and cats, living together! Mass hysteria!”

Ray, when someone asks you if you're a god, you say "Yes!"
“It can't be!”
“What did you do, Ray?!”
“Mother pus bucket!”

"Not necessarily.  There's definitely a very slim chance we'll survive. "
