Well the setting is like we knew, set roughly ten years after he last. The change in the time stream has made mutants common knowledge to the world and their existence for the most part accepted. Some see them as terrorists or evil others have come to worship them... I guess the public mindset of around the late 90s or Operation Zero Tolerance but a decade earlier. I see how this could REALLY change the present.
