Maybe:
Defensive combat training
Sociology - criminology focused
Weight training
(all I can think of now, but I know there could be more)

Oh, here is one that is plausible. Due to putting her in the front with the populace.
Political Science, Speech writing and Orating the speeches. Plus the nuance of dealing with factions. I could see her doing that easily.

Physical Science, not the rock elements but actual physics of force. Physics in general.
Okay, your turn! LOL

Cmon. She'd be the ultimate substitute teacher lol...

Honestly, I was over the X-Men being teachers back in 2005. Now it's just writers that cant seem to let go of the movies.
Rogue being flung vagina-first at the first male that pops up on her radar isn't how I'd define "romance," but Marvel must be using a different dictionary than me.- NicoPony

I disliked the whole teacher thing. I didn't like the whole 'school' concept. It was much more like-able when it was a secret that no one knew about.

Y'all remember the original X-Men cards had her intelligence listed as a 1, when 2 was considered "average". Most X-men (like Gambit, Wolverine) were a 2. She was the only 1 of the heroes I could recall.

They used to think she was dumb as hell.

I have a Gambit card from 1991 that has his strength list as a 1. That is below normal human strength. I'm sure it was a mistake. So I'm assuming Rogue's intelligence being a 1 was a mistake too.
