If there is an issue, big or small, SBB or I will reply within 24 hours. We check this board constantly and we can take care of anything remotely. There will be times when we can not be so accessible, and we will appoint someone to be on watch. And there are times of the day, that we can not spend on the board. However, we still manage to look at the board at the end of the day. Hence, 24 hours.
This is
not the site from the past. It will
not take days or weeks.
Also if its not obvious, SBB handles the technical side of the board. The back end as it were. All the big and little things that make this bad boy work. Whether is automating the library, putting in special tags for us to use, or whatever we would like to have to use.
I administer the board. We shall say I handle the people aspect of it. SBB will always deflect to me.
