I can see if Remy became a professor some
topics he's teach would be like (in no order)

Art history
Cajun French
Sword / Bo Staff Fighting
Cooking
Shop Car Reapir
Psycology (maybe)


BUT


What subjects woulc Rogue teach???


Horse back riding (gym)

Sociology - criminology focused
Weight training
(all I can think of now, but I know there could be more)

Oh, here is one that is plausible. Due to putting her in the front with the populace.
Political Science, Speech writing and Orating the speeches. Plus the nuance of dealing with factions. I could see her doing that easily.

Physical Science, not the rock elements but actual physics of force. Physics in general.

Honestly, I was over the X-Men being teachers back in 2005. Now it's just writers that cant seem to let go of the movies.

I disliked the whole teacher thing. I didn't like the whole 'school' concept. It was much more like-able when it was a secret that no one knew about.
